Mr. Ray Toliver

Ray Toliver is a proud 2007 graduate of CCHS and an alum of the school district at which he now serves as Chief School Business Official. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Greenville University and his MBA from Missouri Baptist University, bringing a strong academic foundation to his role.

Since joining the district in July 2021, CCHS has utilized his extensive professional experience—which includes roles in banking, public accounting, a Fortune 200 company in Illinois Tool Works, and healthcare—to enhance financial strategies and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, the district has completed over $10 million in capital projects, including expanding the cafeteria, creating a new security entrance, a new career and technical education shop, and upgrading HVAC systems and boilers, among other improvements.

As a Goal Champion for a key initiative in the district’s strategic plan, Ray is dedicated to fostering collaboration, transparency, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the district’s resources are used effectively to support student success. His emphasis on sustainable growth and fiscal responsibility reflects his commitment to creating a thriving educational environment.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Ray enjoys spending time with his three children and proudly serves as a soccer dad, bringing the same enthusiasm and teamwork to his personal life as he does to his career.
