Our Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) partner, Nathan Dyer, will work in the Counseling Office to assist seniors and families with FAFSA completion, and all questions related to financial aid and college applications as needed.

Nathan will be available to assist CCHS students & families the following days & times, beginning October 1:

Tuesdays: 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-8:00 pm
Thursdays: 8:30 am-12:30 pm

The best way to reach Nathan is to email him at nathan.dyer@illinois.gov or call 618.713.1653; though, email is his preferred way of communication.

For quick questions, you may text 618.223.6450 with your name, then you will be sent automated questions such as "Student or Parent".  Once you have completed the prompts, a real person will address your financial aid questions.

You can find several helpful resources courtesy of ISAC here.

Ms. Antrim, Class of 2021 Counselor, coordinates meetings for all seniors who sign up for time our ISAC partner each week. Be sure to check in with any questions! The FAFSA opens on October 1, 2020 and it is imperative that seniors submit the FAFSA as soon as possible in order to secure state and federal funding for which they are eligible. Be sure to seek help whenever needed to assist with this process!
